The review of maintenance activities performed on a customer's site to verify that an adequate system of maintenance is being implemented.

IMS have a wealth of experience in the maintenance of rotating equipment, ranging from simple trouble-shooting visits by an IMS service engineer, to major inspections involving multi-disciplined teams of various personnel.

IMS utilise procedures in accordance with the ISO9000 Quality Standard, which means that those procedures used for planning and implementing maintenance work are regularly assessed by our Quality personnel.

Customers can access this wealth of experience and Quality methodology with IMS performing a Maintenance Audit on the customer's installations to verify that satisfactory maintenance procedures are being used. This will provide the customer with an overview of assets that could identify any potential problem areas and possible cost savings, and would also help to satisfy the customer's own Quality Assessment procedures.
