Component Repair
At IMS we pride ourselves on meeting the individual customer’s needs no matter how small. Each refurbished component carries a 12-month warranty in accordance with IMS quality standards.
Minor Repairs
The refurbishment of small gas turbine assembly is just as essential as overhaul and major repair work on industrial gas turbines. Many sub-assemblies can be fixed and guaranteed when they fail on site reducing hefty new component costs for the customer. Common repairable items include fuel burners, pumps and control system PCBs.
Major Repairs
IMS specialises in the overhaul and refurbishment of major assembly such as the gas generator, power turbine or engine core. Our gas turbine overhaul facility near Aberdeen has a full range of capability on the Ruston TA and TB range including the TB5000 gas turbine. At IMS we like to keep our services tailored to you and we are dedicated to first-class customer service. That’s why when a customer sends a major assembly for refurbishment they will be assigned a gas turbine engineer to oversee the full overhaul procedure, who will then communicate the status of the overhaul ensuring all our customers are kept up-to-date.
