IMS has a multi-disciplined workforce of experienced gas turbine engineers who are on hand 365 days throughout the year to carry out service, repairs and maintenance work on a wide range of gas turbines. IMS personnel are widely experienced at working on a range of rotating equipment but their main area of service expertise lies in industrial gas turbines, particularly Ruston gas turbines (Ruston TA, TB, TD, Tornado & Typhoon gas turbines).
IMS has in place their own competency assessment programme, which ensures every IMS field technician and gas turbine engineer are trained and finely tuned to the highest standards. It also allows IMS to regularly determine our turbine engineer’s particular skill level and subsequent training needs and ensure all of our gas turbine services are performed to the ISO 9000 Quality Standard.
IMS also offers technical support contracts to ensure all your gas turbine service requirements are met in an efficient, cost-effective manner to the highest quality standards. Our field service personnel can provide ad-hoc trouble shooting duties, routine scheduled maintenance and long term stand by and gas turbine training contracts as part of this contract agreement. The requirements of a particular job are talked over on a one-to-one basis between you the customer and one of our designated focal points so that the IMS gas turbine engineers with the correct skills level and experience can be selected for that particular requirement.
